Dudu

El resultat de navegar hores i hores per internet buscant nous projectes per fer a vegades és més bo del que m’imaginava. Un dia em vaig posar a navegar i em vaig trobar amb una pàgina meravellosa que em va donar una de les millors idees que he tingut mai.

Sometimes surfing the web for hours looking for new projects and patterns turns out to be better than expected.  A few months ago I found an amazing web page which gave me one of the best ideas I’ve ever had.

La “monster fleece lovely blanket” al cap de poc es va convertir en el meu “dudu” i tot hi que vaig haver de aprendre a cosir per poder-ho fer la veritat és que els resultats em van agradar molt.

I really liked the “monster fleece lovely blanket” and eventually it became my “dudu” (   (a soft toy for babies)., Before making them I had to learn how to sew, though. It took me some time but now I’m really pleased with the results.

 

 

De moment ja he fet quatre dudus diferents. I encara em queden moltes idees noves que m’agradaria intentar... crec que és un regal molt adequat per a nens i nenes ja que pot resultar-nos molt útil en diverses ocasions.. són prou grans com per fer una mica de manteta, poden aguantar a un bebè en una posició quan aquest encara és molt petit per fer-ho ell. Son suaus al tacte i als nens els agrada molt tocar-ho. Si el nen/a dorm amb ell sempre pot acabar fent-lo servir com a joguina-manta de seguretat quan vagi a nous llocs... les possibilitats són molt variades no?

At the moment I have made four different “dudus”. And I still have plenty of ideas that I want to try… I think it’s a really good present for babies from 0 to 3 years, because they can use it for different purposes and in different occasions. It can be a little blanket, a soft pillow to prevent little babies to turn around in the bed, a soft toy… And mostly a little “safety toy” for the baby to hold when sleeping in unfamiliar places. Many possibilities, right?

 

El fet que sigui reversible he de dir que va molt bé per poder combinar diferents dissenys.. sempre es pot fer una part més elegant i l’altre més juganera... el cap i les potes estan fetes a ganxet i la part del mig està feta de tela cosida bordada amb la mateixa llana de cotó que estan fetes les altres parts. Espero que us agradi!!! Podreu anar veient els nous models que vagi fent en la pàgina del facebook!

The fact that it’s two-sided means I can combine different designs that be made to suit different occasions (one elegant and the other one more lively).The head and the legs are made of crochet and the body is sewed in cotton.
